Official Rules

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of North Carolina at the time of entry.
  • Drawing is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
  • One (1) Honeymoon Airfare Prize (consisting of two (2) tickets on American Airlines).
  • Limit one (1) entry per household.
  • You must enter the drawing at the "All About You!!! Event Planning" booth during the Southern Bridal Show & Expo at the NC State Fairgrounds on April 13, 2008 from 12pm to 5pm.
  • The sponsor of this drawing is "All About You!!! Event Planning".
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
  • One (1) Prize winner will win two (2) American Airline Tickets for Honeymoon Airfare in the 48 United States (plus Alaska) and Canada (subject to seat availability).  Approximate Retail Value will depend on date and destination of travel.
  • Tickets may not be redeemed for cash.  Prize is not transferable, substitutable or exchangeable for cash.  If the winner fails to meet any eligibility requirements herein, an alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing to be held as soon as reasonably practical after initial winner is determined ineligible.  Alternate winner is subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules.
  • To be eligible to win you must provide the following information: (i) names of bride & groom, (ii) address, (iii) telephone number, (iv) cellular number, (v) email address, (vi) age, (vii) estimated wedding budget, (viii)wedding date & location.
  • On or before April 27, 2008, the winner will be randomly chosen and notified.
  • Winner will need to provide a valid photo ID showing name & address.  They will need to provide any information required by American Airlines to book their flight.  They will also need to sign a Photo Release Form and a Liability Release Form.  If  we are unable to notify the winner within one (1) week they may be disqualified and an alternate winner chosen.
  • Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this drawing will be ineligible for prize.
  • "All About You!!! Event Planning" is released from any and all liability related to this drawing and the receipt and use of the prize.
  • To find out who the winner is visit allaboutyoueventplanning.com after April 27, 2008.
  • By accepting a prize, winner agrees to award "All About You!!! Event Planning" the right to publicize their names, photographs (including the use and appearance of winner's photograph on "All About You!!! Event Planning" web pages), likenesses and biographical information for purposes of this and future promotions without further compensation.
  • By entering the drawing, entrants agree that (1) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the drawing, but in no event attorney's fees; and (2) entrant hereby waives all rights to  claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.
